Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The manuscript is original, has not been published, and is not under review elsewhere. / 稿件为原创，未曾发表，也未同时投往其他期刊。
All authors have approved the submission, author order, and corresponding author information. / 全体作者已知情并同意投稿，确认作者顺序及通讯作者信息。
The manuscript complies with academic integrity: no plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, or improper authorship. / 稿件遵守学术诚信，无抄袭、伪造、篡改或不当署名。
For research involving humans or animals, ethics approval or an exemption has been obtained and the supporting document is uploaded. / 涉及人或动物的研究已取得伦理批准或豁免，并上传相应证明。
All funding sources and potential competing interests have been fully disclosed; if none, this is stated explicitly. / 已完整披露基金资助与潜在利益冲突；如无，已明确声明“无”。
The blinded manuscript contains no author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, identifying self-citations, or identifying file properties. / 匿名盲审稿已删除作者姓名、单位、致谢、可识别的自引信息及文件属性。
Permission has been obtained for any copyrighted figures, tables, scales, instruments, or other third-party materials. / 使用受版权保护的图表、量表、工具或其他第三方材料时，已取得必要授权。
The authors accept the journal copyright, licensing, privacy, and publication ethics policies. / 作者接受本刊版权、许可、隐私及出版伦理政策。

Author Guidelines

JSEPA Submission Guidelines / 投稿指南

1. Submissions are accepted only through this OJS website; submissions by email are not accepted. / 本刊仅接受本 OJS 网站在线投稿，不接收邮箱投稿。
2. Select the appropriate manuscript type and complete all submission declarations. / 请选择正确的稿件类型，并完成全部投稿承诺。
3. Provide complete title, abstract, keywords, author details, affiliations, corresponding author information, and funding information in all journal-required languages. / 请按本刊要求的全部语种填写标题、摘要、关键词、作者、单位、通讯作者及基金项目信息。
4. Upload an anonymized manuscript for double-blind review. Remove author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, identifying self-citations, headers/footers, and identifying document properties. / 双盲外审稿须匿名，删除作者姓名、单位、致谢、可识别的自引、页眉页脚及文件属性。
5. Upload the title page and author information separately. Where applicable, also upload ethics approval or exemption, competing-interest statement, author biography, funding statement, permissions, and supplementary materials. / 题名页与作者信息须单独上传；如适用，还须上传伦理批件或豁免、利益冲突声明、作者简介、基金说明、授权证明及补充材料。
6. The manuscript must comply with academic integrity and publication ethics. All authors must approve the submission and author order. / 稿件须符合学术诚信与出版伦理，全体作者须确认投稿及作者顺序。
7. References must be accurate and consistently formatted; include DOI or stable URL where available. / 参考文献须准确且格式一致；如有 DOI 或稳定网址请一并提供。
8. Revisions must include a point-by-point response to reviewers and the revised manuscript. / 修改稿须同时提交逐条审稿意见回复及修改后的正文。
9. Target timeline: format screening within 3 working days; academic screening within 7 working days; double-blind review within 28 days; minor revision within 7 days; major revision within 28 days; total process normally no more than 90 days. / 目标时限：格式初审3个工作日、学术初审7个工作日、双盲外审28天、小修7天、大修28天，总流程原则上不超过90天。

Copyright Notice

By submitting, the authors warrant that the manuscript is original, that they are authorized by all co-authors to submit it, and that permissions have been obtained for all third-party materials. The authors agree to comply with the journal's publication ethics and privacy policies. Submission itself does not constitute a final transfer of copyright. If the manuscript is accepted, the authors must complete the journal's separate copyright/licensing agreement before publication.

作者投稿即声明：稿件为原创，已获得全体共同作者授权，并已取得所有第三方材料所需许可；作者同意遵守本刊出版伦理及隐私政策。投稿本身不构成最终版权转让。稿件录用后，作者须在出版前另行完成本刊版权/许可协议。
